ABOUT SARAH

Sarah Preston is a British actress, writer and producer who trained at RADA and has worked across television, film and theatre, with credits spanning drama, comedy and character-led roles. Born in the North East, she still loves its mix of history, coast, countryside and, above all, the warmth of its people.

Away from acting, Sarah is endlessly curious about human psychology, quantum science and the places where modern science begins to brush up against ideas once considered purely spiritual.

She also has a strong physical streak: from dance and stage combat to barebow archery, the gym, paddleboarding and one terrifying-but-exhilarating skydive (firmly a one-off). Away from the physical challenges, she paints and plays the piano, and is happiest when she has something new to learn, make or master. Flying a plane is next on the list.
